I have been a loyal comcast customer for more than ten years, and have dealt with my TV freezing up during programs and and complete loss of service for up too three days, at a time, My Bill was exeeding 240 dollars with my total package I tried to call there customer service to simply fix the issue with my T.V. freezing up, seeing that I pay 240 dollars a month, you would think that I would be treated with special service to keep my business, but when i called originally to simply fix a technical issue, and request that a tech come out and look at my service, they had told me that I would have to deal with it and that it happens to everyone, , and I would have to wait for two weeks to have a technician come out and have the cost billed to me, this made me start looking for other providers, since dropping my service with comcast and going with VERIZON, I am saving 120 dollars a month My T.V. is crystal clear and does not freeze up anymore and got a free NETBOOK Save yourself the problems and dont get Comcast they just plain suck,

Blackberry curve 8900

blackberry-curve-8900-tmobile_brwI have recently purchased a Blackberry 8900 and have had nothing but problems with it it seems to drop about half my calls and cant hear the person i am talking to very good also it seems like it is alot slower than other versions of the phone i have had does anyone have these problems with there blackberry curve 8900 love to here from you if so…..

Coco key resort/sheraton

Recently I stayed at the Coco key resort in Danvers Ma, First of all for me and my wife and two kids it cost over three hundred dollars to stay the for “one night”, the water park its self is funny but definetely not worth the money, The rooms in the hotel are pretty small and the hotel for the price that it cost for one night is not to impressive, needless to say I wont be returning back anytime soon.

They are disorganized. Management talks about cutting labor down, then they overstaff the front of the house. There is favoritism in front of house seniority. If someone has worked there for 2 years and does not do anything, they will still get more hours than the person who has only worked for 6 months but does all the work. There is a constant struggle between servers and hosts because of job responsibilities not being clearly defined. It is on the lower end of restaurants, and is not a respectable place to work. It can take a long time to check out, because the managers are trying to save the restaurant from falling apart.

Advice to Senior Management

Notice and reward the individuals who are diligently working. Stop overstaffing servers, and hostesses. Stop hiring people with a cavalier attitude about working.
